HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH US
We accept online orders via E-mail or through Paypal, and faxed orders.  Ordering online is the most efficient way for your order to be processed, since everything transmits to us immediately.

Please understand, we will be glad to speak with you on the telephone about your order. But, the order must be processed online or faxed. The margin for error is very high with telephone transactions. By ordering online or by fax everyone has a written order to verify items, quantities, and engraving information. Upon completion of your order you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. Our goal is to get your products to you as quickly as possible, ordering through our on-line store allows us to serve you better.

Please verify your order before submitting it to us, if you need additional items after placing an order, it will be necessary to place a separate order.

WAYS TO MAKE PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, and e-Checks online through Paypal. At our store location we accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, money orders, and cash.

We process payments through PayPal to insure a secure transaction.

Your card will be charged the full balance amount due, including any dues or credits from previous orders.

If using a Debit Card be sure your funds are sufficient to cover the order. We ship when funds have been verified, declined funds will require us to hold your order until payment is made.

Please make Checks and Money Orders payable to Winning Expressions, llc, and in US dollars only.

Shipment of orders paid by Check or Money Order will be held until checks clear your bank.

Any orders paid by check that are returned NSF (insufficient funds) will be charged a $25.00 Return Check Fee, and the order shipment will be held until payment is complete.

*SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping on each single order (sub-total) of $100.00 dollars or more.

We ship by USPS in order to have 6 days of shipping available, but may choose to use  other shipping carriers at our discretion.

At this time we ship only within the continental United States

HOW WE HANDLE RETURNS
Please contact us at 866-454-WINN (9466) or E-mail us at we@winningexpressions.com for a Return Authorization before returning any item. We do not accept returned items without a prior Return Authorization.

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied or if you have ordered an item in error and it is in re-saleable condition, you may return the item, within 15 days of receipt, and we will give you a full refund, less all shipping charges. Please contact us as stated above to set up a Return Authorization, we will be happy to help you.

Defective items will be replaced. We print all of our products, so we control the quality of each item produced to help ensure a high standard of craftsmanship, thus minimizing defects. Please check your order carefully upon receipt and contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order to make arrangements for a replacement.

If we have shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of the order and we will correct the error.

Any personalized or customized items may not be returned or refunded. If we make an error please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order and we will promptly correct the error.

All customer information is held in strict confidence by Winning Expressions, llc. We do not share any information with anyone or any company.
